Well, here is an unusual one. But for an unusual year with unusual circumstances, you might as well try your hand at an unusual drink. We assure you it tastes so much nicer than it sounds. Now, for those who like beetroot for a vegetable, this would not be as challenging as it sounds. But come on, let us be a tad bit adventurous in our homes, now shall we?

We are talking of whipping up an interesting version of Bloody Mary- but with beetroots courtesy Ketel One. Let’s make it immensely brunch worthy now. It’ll be so good, you would be asking for more. Let’s get started!

45 ml Ketel One Vodka

Steps

To make a juice- take a juicer, take a whole beetroot and two ripe tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Put them in the juicer. To the juice add a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, a small pile of smashed cloves.
Stir properly to ensure the flavours have combined. Grab a glass, add in the required amount of ice, Ketel One Vodka, lemon juice and strain the juice into the glass.
Stir vigorously. Salt the rim of the glass.
Take a toothpick and poke in the pickled cucumber and sliced beetroot and use it as garnish. Enjoy your brunch!
