Refreshing Citroen With Thyme

There is something about this ornamental summer herb that makes summer a whole lot more flavourful. Wouldn't you agree! Now, why don't you be a tad bit cheeky and add a refreshing dink to it, you know to beat the summer humidity ( we know we get plenty of that).

We are using Ketel One Vodka for this special, refreshing summer recipe. Its a quick whip up and one you can enjoy at any time of the day. So, let's get started. It is time to elevate those senses.

750 ml of Ketel One Citroen

Steps

Add a whole new flavour to the Ketel One Citroen by infusing the whole 750 ml of Citroen with at least two handfuls of thyme.
You can do it directly into the bottle or put it into a separate mason jar.
Give it a good stir and let this mix sit for a couple hours.
Now to make the cocktail, mix 60 ml of thyme infused Ketel One Citroen, along with the honey syrup to a glass filled with ice cubes.
Once you add that, mix it up with 150ml of the CAPI soda and stir it well to combine.
Garnish with a sprig of thyme of a lemon twist. Enjoy!
