And what better way to whip up a ultra- fancy, yet refreshing cocktail, featuring the iconic blue bottle gin- Bombay Sapphire. Now, Bombay Sapphire is easily one of the most recognised spirits around the world.

Now, gin in general is best when mixed as the botanicals it features come to life when flavours are added to the drink. That is the reason why many classic cocktails call for gin. This recipe however takes a page out of the classic gin & tonic and improvises a bit (read- a whole lot).
