Sloe Gin Fizz

Bols Sloe Gin, made from sloe berries also known as blackthorn berries, is added to the other ingredients that classically build up a Gin Fizz and modify it into a Sloe Gin Fizz. The sour aspect is somewhat pushed back and the sloe berries do their work amazingly well to get the often forgotten fruit back into the spotlight.
