The Perfect Ten

Steps

1. Fill a shaker with icefall a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Pour Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, into the shaker.
3. Using a jigger, measure 50ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, into a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold.
4. Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Strain into a glass.
5. Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a martini glass.
6. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit. With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a long piece of peel from a grapefruit, twist and place it over the edge of the glass to garnish.
