Tasting Notes
The garnet color is of deep red. The nose is marked by ripe red fruit aromas and mocha with a slight smoked touch. The texture, smooth on the palate, is harmonious, balanced with a refined fatty taste, with soft and mellow tannins. With its fresh and spicy finish, "Ithaque" is the expression of our best of Syrah and Tempranillo.
