After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Greco Bianco Calabria can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

Bright yellow with aromas of peach, cherry blossom, grapefruit, and acacia, plus hints of gingerbread spice, vanilla, and cocoa. It’s dry, full-bodied, and smooth, with a fresh taste and a pleasing finish
