Description
Coll del Sabater is a natural-style red wine made by Escoda-Sanahuja in the Conca de Barberà region of Catalonia. The wine is crafted from mostly Cabernet Franc, with Merlot (or in some vintages, Parellada), grown on biodynamically farmed clay-limestone soils at high elevation. The winery uses native yeasts, minimal intervention, and no added sulphur in certain wines.
