Description
Domaine Eleni & Edouard Vocoret is a small, highly focused Chablis estate founded in 2013 when the couple returned to Burgundy from New Zealand to work on Edouard's family vines. Their Chablis "Le Bas de Chapelot" comes from a 3.2-hectare parcel on the right bank of the Serein river, with deep clay-limestone soils on Kimmeridgian limestone.This wine is fermented in stainless steel (natural yeast) and spends about a year in old barrels before final blending.

Elegant and mineral: delicate white fruit, citrus, vibrant acidity, with chalky, flinty notes.

Serve chilled at 10-12°C. Pairs well with shellfish, oysters, seafood, and light cheeses.
