Description

A new component this year is the generic Grand Terres vineyard in Volnay, replacing the young vines from Clos Blanc. The balance as usual comes from the domaine’s Hautes-Côtes de Nuits vineyard near Chaux. The bouquet is interesting and slightly honeyed, with notes of orange blossom. The palate is spritely and citrussy

Tasting Notes

Lively and buoyant notes of fresh pear fruit. The wine exhibits a pleasant natural acidity, which has been subtly enhanced through gentle stirring, resulting in a more rounded and full-bodied character.
