Description
Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC is an extra dry sparkling obtained from Glera grapes, grown in the province of Treviso with classic, traditional techniques. Over time, their quality and typicality has remained unchanged. These are also the main features of Prosecco wine, the most renowned and sold wine worldwide.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden reflexes and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of apple, peach, and pear with floral hints of acacia. Delicate, fresh, balanced, with a smooth texture and a mix of acidity and sweetness.
Serving Suggestions
Great as an aperitif and in cocktails. Pairs well with pasta with delicate meat sauces, vegetable or legume soups, seafood, white meat, and fresh cheeses.
