Brilliant, straw yellow. Elegantly fruity with hints of green apple, white peach, citrus fruits and acacia flower. Fresh, light and pleasantly lively with good balance between acidity and sugar.

Great as an aperitif or in cocktails. Pairs well with fish starters, risotto, wild herbs, meat, pizza, vegetables (like asparagus and radicchio), cold cuts, and cheeses.
