Tasting Notes
The aromas are complex and elegant, ranging from ripe red fruit and spices, toasty and 'tar'. The flavour is gently tannic, austere, full and velvety.
Serving Suggestions
Nebbiolo's classic partner is beef braised in red wine, but it can be excellent with game birds and pasta with shaved white truffles.
